Job summary

Good 2 Go Stores LLC is hiring Store Associates to join our friendly team in Silt, CO. You will help customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and inviting.

The role requires strong cash handling, a focus on customer service, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior POS experience is a plus; expect a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in retail operations or related field.
• Experience with Point of Sale and Time Collection systems is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and ethical cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Assist customers with purchases and locating items.
• Perform cashier duties and other customer service tasks.
• Stock coolers, shelves and inventory items to keep shelves full.
• Support inventory processes, counts and product checks as needed.
• Keep store clean including bathrooms and exterior areas as directed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers and report variances to the Manager.
• Ensure hot food items, where applicable, are prepared and served per standards.
• Assist with fuel spill cleanup as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and report hazards.

What does it look like to be a Store Associate? You'll:

• Create a great atmosphere for our friends.
• Help our friends with purchases, finding items, and so forth.
• Complete cashier and other customer service activities.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items to keep our friends happy!
• Assist in inventory management processes as needed including stocking items, inventory counts, and product checks.
• Clean store, bathrooms, outside grounds as needed and directed. In other words, make our store look awesome!
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers and report any variance to Manager.
• Make sure hot food items (where applicable) are prepared and delivered according to company standard.
• Help in fuel spill clean-up as needed.
• Follow company safety standards and report issues.

What's the store like?

• You'll spend most of you time in a retail store!
• Frequent work around fuel and fuel pumps, around moving vehicles, in parking lots, and on outside grounds.
• May work in hot or cold environments.

QualificationsPhysical Demands?

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to move freely around work location (inside and outside).
• Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Able to push or pull equipment and items.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. (About 75 bananas)
