Shoe Station seeks a friendly Store Associate to greet customers, help them find shoes and accessories, and operate the register with accuracy. You will promote Shoe Perks and keep displays neat in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to perform basic math at the register. Flexible part-time hours and on-the-job training are provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to handle cash and basic math.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find shoes and accessories.
• Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns.
• Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers.
• Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked.
• Support loss prevention and store cleanliness.
