Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May need to obtain food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile and respond promptly and courteously.
• Operate the register or self-checkout and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, prompt service and suggest additional products.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when necessary to the shift manager.
• Support inventory management and keep the store organized.
• Promote promotional items to drive product engagement.
