Job summary

You will assist with merchandising, inventory tasks, and basic store controls including cash handling, end-of-shift reports, and daily banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning, organizing and leadership.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and handle customer questions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases; ring up sales accurately.
• Perform merchandising tasks and pricing changes per guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; manage trash and restrooms.
• Assist with shift supervision and basic store operations as needed.
• Complete daily reports and routine banking and till reconciliation.
