Job summary

Town-and-Country-Supply-Association-1 is hiring for full-time positions in Billings, MT. You will assist customers with product selection, answer questions, process payments, and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities include balancing tills at day end, following manager assignments, ensuring safety, inventory and security compliance, and maintaining a professional storefront and parking areas. We encourage reliability and teamwork.

• Stocking all merchandise and store items
• Stay in compliance with all security procedures including inventory control, merchandise and cash management, and accident or incident reporting
• Employee is responsible to check work schedule to make sure they report to work on time
• Help to maintain all facility landscaping and clean and maintain the professional appearance of the building, parking areas and driveways
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, processing payments at the register, maintaining store/deli cleanliness, and organization, and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked, all while providing excellent customer service and upholding company standards.

Primary responsibilities include

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers in the store
