Job summary

Wills Investments Group in Longview, TX is hiring multiple sales associate positions at our Longview store(s). Flexible full-time and part-time shifts include day, night, and weekend hours. Previous 7-Eleven or gas station experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.

We are looking to add sales associates to our Longview, TX location(s). If you have 7-Eleven or Gas Station experience, you're the person for this job. We are looking to fill multiple positions with various shifts to fit your need!

• Store Associate/Cashier- 2 pm - 10pm shift, 5 days a week


• Physical Address: 15605 FM 968 W Longview, TX


• CANDIDATES MUST BE TABC AND FOOD HANDLER CERTIFIED (Provided as part of the onboarding process)

We are looking to hire people who have excellent customer service skills, high energy, quick learners, and reliable. We have multiple positions open. You do not have to have experience working in a convenience store environment, we will train you!

What might you do?

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service


• Drive sales through effective communication with customers


• Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in your franchisee’s store


• Perform cashier duties (ring sales and maintain cash control)


• Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments


• Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)


• Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors

Physical Requirements

While physical requirements for store employees may change depending on your franchisee, the position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40 -50 lbs.
