Responsibilities include keeping the store clean, assisting in multiple departments, and adhering to health and safety guidelines. Flexible shifts and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Experience in fast food or retail is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a level of service beyond the customer's expectation, while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Dust, mop, clean dishes and sanitize area.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service; to create an uplifting work atmosphere, for both your fellow employees and the customers.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
