Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Associate to ensure exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean store environment. You will assist customers with purchases, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role reports to the Store Manager and is available as part-time or full-time onsite. Ideal candidates possess friendly communication skills and a people-first attitude, with basic math and POS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate basic computer/ POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws governing sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.

The Sales Associate position involves providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
