Job summary

Shoe Carnival is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find shoes and create great shopping experiences.

Join a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment with flexible part-time hours, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math.
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
