Job summary

Good 2 Go Stores LLC is hiring a Store Associate to create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers, and handle cashier tasks in our Toltec, AZ location. You'll help customers find items, answer questions, and process purchases with a friendly, attentive approach.

You'll stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory, assist in inventory counts, and ensure the store looks inviting. You’ll close and balance registers, report variances, and follow safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in retail operations or a related field.
• Experience with POS and time-collection systems.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and assist with purchases.
• Assist customers with locating items and provide cashier support.
• Stock and merchandise shelves and coolers; assist in inventory checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; balance cash registers and report discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and safety standards; assist in fuel pump and spill clean-up if needed.

You'll:Create a great atmosphere for our friends.Help our friends with purchases, finding items, and so forth.Complete cashier and other customer service activities.Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items to keep our friends happy!Assist in inventory management processes as needed including stocking items, inventory counts, and product checks.Clean store, bathrooms, outside grounds as needed and directed.
