Job summary

Shoe Station is hiring a Store Associate to greet customers, help them find shoes, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will operate the register, handle transactions, and promote our Shoe Perks program while keeping displays neat and stocked and supporting store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Responsibilities
