Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking motivated sales and skincare ambassadors to join our Midland, Texas team. You’ll deliver professional, friendly customer service, educate clients on memberships, products, and services, and work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

This role offers an hourly rate plus commission, flexible scheduling, and benefits such as tuition assistance, training and development, 401(k) options, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement in a welcoming work

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and/or sales experience (retail preferred, not required).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn commission.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

What You’ll Do
