The position focuses on delivering fast, friendly service during the overnight hours, cross-training across deli, cafe, bakery, and cashier duties, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This part-time role offers pay on demand, weekly pay, overnight differential, and benefits including 401K matching, PTO, and health insurance eligibility.

• Bring energy to the night shift, deliver fast, friendly, and reliable customer service while handling concerns with confidence.
• Own the floor, cross-train across deli, café, bakery, and cashier duties, ensuring fresh food is stocked, high-quality, and prepared safely.
• Lead by example, train and support team members, keep tasks on track, and ensure shift objectives are completed efficiently.
• Keep the store running smoothly, maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment inside and out while following all cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, and fuel policies.
• Stay sharp and connected, attend meetings, stay current on policies and procedures, communicate with leadership, and uphold appearance and uniform standards.

Pay On‑Demand: Get quick access to a portion of your earned wages after completed shifts.

Weekly Pay: Week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday – payday is Friday.

Overnight Differential: Earn an additional .75$ per hour between 10pm-6am.

Benefits: including paid time‑off and a matching 401K (up to 6%).

Annual Retirement Contribution: 3% gross pay contribution to 401K after 1 year of service (restrictions apply).

Health Insurance Options: Available to qualifying employees based on average number of hours worked.
