Job summary

Shoe Carnival, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find shoes and create great experiences on the floor. You’ll greet shoppers, answer questions, and guide them to the right products while maintaining a lively, fast-paced retail atmosphere.

You will operate the register, handle cash and returns, perform basic math, promote Shoe Perks, keep displays stocked, and support store cleanliness. The role offers flexible part-time hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
