Sherwin-Williams in Henderson, Kentucky, is seeking a part-time store associate to provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales and product knowledge, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales goals.
This role requires individuals who can lift and carry materials frequently and comply with various work-related requirements. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up‑to‑date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Store associates are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Part‑time position, $14.50 per hour.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value.
