Job summary

Andy's Frozen Custard in Frisco, Texas is seeking Store Associates to be the friendly face of our brand. In a fast-paced setting, you will greet guests, serve treats, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This role offers flexible scheduling for both full- and part-time positions, plus vacation time and benefits as we grow. You should be energetic, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be available to work some nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Extremely hands-on position; not an office job.
• Occasional physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Frequent computer and POS usage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a smile.
• Prepare and serve treats in a clean, safe environment.
• Maintain clean workspaces and assist team during busy periods.

Job Requirements

• This is an extremely \"hands on\" position, so must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff. Good news: this is not an office job

Physical Requirements

• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely


• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.


• Constant computer, point-of-sale register, and found equipment usage


• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine


• Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around fountain area


• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work


• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances


• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions


• Constant standing and walking
