Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Associate for Store #2624 in Fitzgerald, GA. You will assist customers in person and by phone, identify needs, and recommend the right paint and related products to drive sales.
You will support the store’s visual standards, handle transactions, and help with deliveries as needed. The role emphasizes building customer relationships, maintaining accurate records, and meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while upholding safety and inventory
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store Associates are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Store associates are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #2624, located at: 401 S. Grant St, Fitzgerald, GA 31750.
