Job summary

Andy's Frozen Custard in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a friendly Store Associate to join our team. You will warmly greet guests, handle transactions, prepare treats, and help maintain a clean, efficient front of house.

The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. No office duties—this is a hands-on, customer-facing position in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment with opportunities to grow as the store network expands.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, process transactions smoothly.

• Assist at busy times with stocking and opening/closing duties.

Job Requirements

• This is an extremely "hands on" position, so must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff. Good news: this is not an office job!
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be available to work some nights, weekends and some holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
• Constant computer, point-of-sale register, and found equipment usage
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around fountain area
• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
