Position Summary

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You can help us positively impact millions—one customer at a time—by providing active, compassionate, and customer-focused service in a growing retail setting. Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, showing compassion, and resolving potential service issues
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks and credit transactions following company policies
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, checking in vendors, and completing inventory tasks as directed
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed
• Provide customer support to all departments (including photo and beauty) to ensure full stocking and operation of updated services and tools
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, with opportunities for growth and career development
• Promote and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Qualifications

• Required: At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: Remaining upright for sustained periods; lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently; visual acuity for computer use, reading, and inspection of small parts/details

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service

Education

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $15.00 - $18.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade. The actual base salary offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
