Job summary

JAPANMART in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Store Associate to support daily operations of our retail section. You will assist customers, help maintain high standards of Japanese hospitality, and contribute to a friendly shopping experience.

The position is part-time (up to 30 hours/week) with varied shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, and candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Experience working in a retail store is preferred but not required — training provided.

JAPANMART, an authentic Japanese style convenience store, is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated JAPANMART Store Associate to support daily operations for our JAPANMART retail section. You will assist customers, support daily store operations, and help maintain our high standards of Japanese hospitality.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Employment Type: Part-Time (Hours worked per week to be 30 hours or less depending on business needs. Must be flexible with scheduling.)

Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time.
