Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and step in during their absence.
2. Coach and develop store staff.
3. Maintain excellent customer, donor, and community relations.
4. Handle personnel issues in coordination with management and HR.
5. Ensure store standards, inventory, and safety policies are upheld.
6. Manage cash handling and banking procedures securely.
7. Implement loss prevention strategies.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail management/supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in POS and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Effective communication skills.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motion tasks.
• Accommodation for physical tasks as needed.

Schedule: Our stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
