Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express location in Tumwater, WA. You will hire, supervise and coach associates to deliver great guest experiences and achieve financial goals, while participating in leadership training.

A three-week-plus store leadership training program is provided, with mentorship and support from the Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
