You will assist with scheduling, inventory control, and financial tasks, stepping in for the Manager when needed. This role emphasizes safety, problem-solving, and effective communication with staff and customers.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of customer service
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support inventory management, including stock ordering and tracking
• Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff performance
• Contribute to the implementation of company policies and procedures
• Participate in training and development of new team members
• Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
• Step in for the Manager in their absence, making decisions and handling escalated issues
