TXB Market and Food Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in Bonham, TX.

The role supports the store management team to complete all store-level tasks, including cash handling, customer service, housekeeping, and related functions, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience to keep the TXB promise to leave guests better. Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience is required.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and working on cash register or related equipment.
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to operate multiple devices; familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team members effectively.
• Balance cash register at beginning and end of shift and ensure accurate transactions.
• Greet customers, assist with questions or price discrepancies, and provide ROL (record of loyalty) customer service.
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain stock levels and in-stock condition.
• Perform other store duties as assigned and support store management.
