Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting with hiring, and maintaining accurate records. A background in retail and food handling is preferred, and a high school diploma or college degree is commonly expected.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience is preferred.
• Recruiting and interviewing skills are a plus.
• Experience handling food is preferred.
• High School or College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and coordinating staff to complete daily tasks.
• Support bookkeeping and merchandising to maintain store standards.
• Provide fast, friendly service and ensure consistent onsite attendance.
• Execute the company food program to the expected standards.
