Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and uphold quality standards. You will supervise crew, manage costs, and ensure excellent customer service during your shift.

Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership, numeracy for cash and inventory, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement to General Manager.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, and adherence to standards with great customer service.
• Attendance and punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, and accurate record-keeping.
• Advancement opportunities from Assistant Manager to General Manager.
