SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Redmond, WA location. This full-time position focuses on store operations, customer service, and day-to-day leadership under the Store Management structure.

Pay ranges from $20.29 to $28 per hour with opportunities for bonuses; qualifying FT employees receive WA Paid Sick Leave, medical benefits, and vacation benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
• Basic computer and keyboard usage for order entry and paperwork

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and prep areas
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork
• Clean equipment and work areas daily
