Job summary

Domino's in Tampa, FL is seeking a high-energy store team member to support daily operations under the supervision of the General Manager. You will help manage costs, inventory, cash control, and customer relations while upholding Domino's image standards and delivering great service.

Responsibilities include staff coordination, training new hires, maintaining store cleanliness, handling orders (phone/in-person), and promoting a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product correctly at an advanced pace.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean store and equipment daily.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and give written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory and cash control.
• Help mentor team and recruit new staff.
• Adhere to policies and promote Domino's image standards and great customer service.
