Knox Pizza Co, LLC, doing business as Domino's, is seeking future managers for hourly store leadership roles in a growing franchise. You will be the second in command of a million-dollar business, leading shifts, training staff, and upholding standards.

This position emphasizes developing leadership skills and maintaining high customer service while working 4 days per week with some weekends. You’ll need strong judgment, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn pizza operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near store location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of your shift, including People, Operations, Sales or Profits.
• Lead by example and ensure policy adherence 100% of the time.
• Provide training and develop a positive team culture.
• Possibly assist at other locations near your chosen location.
