Star City Pizza, INC doing business as Domino's operates multiple stores across Chattanooga, Knoxville, Roanoke and surrounding areas. We are looking for future store managers/assistant managers to lead a million-dollar business with a focus on people, operations, and customer experience.

You’ll oversee all aspects of the store, including staff leadership, scheduling, training, and ensuring policy compliance. This role offers full-time hours with overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High Energy and readiness to lead a team.
• Prior experience managing people (Domino's or other).
• 18+ years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near store location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store with overtime as needed.
• Lead by example and train team across operations, sales, and people.
• Develop a positive, safe, and fun store culture.
