You'll participate in inventory, merchandising, and training, with a focus on maintaining high standards, scheduling, and creating a welcoming environment for customers; a strong work ethic and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or convenience store environment.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing experience.
• Experience handling food.
• High School or College degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the station store operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Provide fast and friendly service and maintain high standards; ensure regular onsite attendance.
• Execute Circle K food program standards and lead by example with urgency, patience and leadership.
