Job summary

Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced team. You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, help hire, supervise staff, maintain merchandising, and ensure fast, friendly service to customers. Regular onsite attendance is required.

The role includes leading a team, recruiting, delegation, planning, cash-handling, and ensuring safety. Previous retail/management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fast-paced customer service environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Experience in hiring, interviewing, and staff development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
