Circle K Temple is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Store Manager in overseeing daily Stationstore operations in Temple, TX. You will participate in hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping and merchandising while upholding Circle K standards and delivering fast, friendly customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or college degree preferred.
Retail or supervisor experience preferred.
Experience handling food is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff; accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
Help maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Execute Circle K's food program to the standard set.
Display urgency, patience and leadership with the team.
