A leading convenience store chain in San Antonio is seeking a motivated Full-Time Store Assistant to assist with store operations. The role includes providing high standards of service, overseeing staff, and executing store programs. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes a shift.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service.
• Execute the company food program with urgency and leadership.
