Qualifications

• Retail or convenience store supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting/hiring/interviewing staff.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Stationstore operations with Store Manager.
• Hire, supervise and train staff; handle bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Ensure high standards and fast, friendly customer service; maintain predictable onsite attendance.
• Support food program execution to high standards.
