Job summary

Circle K in China Grove, NC is seeking a Store Assistant (Bonused) to support the Store Manager with daily operations, staff oversight, hiring and training, and merchandise execution. You’ll help maintain high service standards, manage cash handling, and ensure a safe, friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is beneficial and supervisory skills help in managing staff.
• Experience in hiring, interviewing, and staff development is preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate team while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and staff oversight.
• Support hiring, supervision and staff task assignment; perform bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high service standards and deliver fast, friendly customer service; ensure attendance.
• Handle food program execution, cash handling and safety compliance.
