Qualifications

• Retail or convenience store experience preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills desired.
• Experience handling food considered a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Hire, supervise and guide staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers; ensure consistent onsite attendance.
• Lead by example and train staff to uphold Circle K food program standards.
