Job summary

On is seeking a Store Advisor in Corte Madera to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium, individualized in-store experience. You will master our Cloud CX Premium service model and ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering our Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty - Support guest interactions through elevated try‑on rituals and personalized product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey - Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On’s global positioning - Support On’s unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together

• You bring 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority - You possess a growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes - You are highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail standard operating procedures - You demonstrate strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring collective goals are met through active engagement and asking clarifying questions - You approach every task with a meticulous eye for detail, recognizing that premium retail success is found in the quality of execution and personal presentation - Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
