Job summary

Mercedes-Benz North Scottsdale is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the frontline ambassador of the dealership. You will greet customers in person and by phone, connect them with the appropriate team, and ensure a seamless, first-class experience.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Training and growth opportunities are available in a dynamic retail environment.

Work Environment/ Physical Demands

Will primarily work in a retail automotive sales showroom. Will work with a computer, telephone and other office equipment as appropriate. May be asked to drive cars on occasion.

Light Work- lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds

This position will require the employee to alternate sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift

This position requires the ability to push, pull, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp

This position involves repetitive motion--primarily typing

This position requires the ability to talk and hear

Store Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent and one or more years experience answering calls in a high-volume setting
