Job summary

Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Store Accounting Coordinator in Minnesota to manage daily cash handling, deposits and back-office financial tasks in our stores.

You will reconcile invoices, process accounts payable/receivable, print reports and support store operations while delivering friendly, efficient customer service to shoppers and colleagues alike. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy with cash handling, and the ability to balance and reconcile daily transactions.

Qualifications

• High School or 6 months to 1 year of similar or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service in all interactions.
• Verifies registers and balances cash; prints and reviews cash reports and deposits.
• Reconciles invoices, enters data into the system, and coordinates store accounts receivable with corporate on a monthly basis.
• Prints necessary reports from store location servers and supports back-office accounting tasks.
