• 8+ years in product development and design.
• Experience designing card edge and memory connectors.
• Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, design, and execution of connector and cable projects from concept to evaluation.
• Collaborate with Server/Storage ODMs to develop high-speed interconnect solutions.
• Apply knowledge of PCI-SIG, OCP, JEDEC, SFF, and signal integrity.
• Drive innovation by defining new connector/cable concepts and prototypes.
• Work with global teams to meet customer requirements, cost targets, and timelines.
• Provide cost analysis to support PM and Manufacturing decisions.
• Support Sales/Marketing with technical training and customer engagements.
• Oversee testing and qualification to meet specs.
• Conduct benchmarking to improve performance and manufacturability.
• Manage lifecycle of components and assemblies.
• Provide manufacturing support for cost reduction and quality.
• Stay current with connector industry advancements.
