Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, independently serving customers and ensuring spaces are ready to rent. You will assess storage needs, upsell supplies, and conduct daily inspections to confirm inventory and availability.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, and keeping customers current on payments. Visa/driver’s license required; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and follow up on delinquent accounts.
