Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations in Stockton, CA. The role focuses on assessing customer storage needs, selling packing supplies, and maintaining unit readiness while handling cash duties and payment collections.

We offer flexible, full-time schedules with opportunities for bonuses. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties, and benefits accrue after meeting hours thresholds. A driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Keep customers current with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required.
