Job summary

Public Storage in Louisiana is hiring Property Managers to work across multiple locations. Earn $14.00 per hour with flexible, full-time schedules from 9:30am to 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Responsibilities include assessing storage needs, selling supplies, and performing daily unit inspections and cash handling. Employees may access full-time benefits after 20+ hours, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
