Job summary

Public Storage in California is hiring for Property Manager roles. Earn $19.50 per hour with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm.

The position involves working at multiple locations, including outdoor settings, and requires driving between properties. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, perform daily inspections, and handle cash drawers and bank deposits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside facilities.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure inventory and availability of units.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Manage customer payments, reminders, and delinquent collections.
