Qualifications
- Ten (10+) years of related systems engineering experience
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or 14+ years IT experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with enterprise storage and backup platforms and hyper-converged solutions
- Full lifecycle SAN administration experience including capacity planning
- Experience with VMware and virtualized environments
- Proficiency in Windows and Red Hat administration
- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, Oracle)
- Location: Herndon, VA on customer site

- Conducting system security engineering with a Storage/SAN focus

- Expertise with enterprise storage and backup platforms (e.g., NetApp, Dell/EMC, Pure Storage, Cohesity, Rubrik, NetBackup) and hyper‑converged solutions (VxRail, Nutanix).
- Full lifecycle SAN administration experience including utilization analysis and capacity planning
- Experience with VMware and virtualized environments
- Proficiency in Windows and Red Hat administration
- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, Oracle)
- Broad understanding across related technology domains such as virtualization, networking, Intel-based systems, data center migration, and disaster recovery
- Location: At Customer Site – Herndon area

The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
