Job summary

U‑Haul is seeking a Center Storage Manager in Richardson, TX to oversee all aspects of self-storage operations, including transactions, rentals and customer service. You will maintain detailed records using mobile tools and ensure site cleanliness and security, reporting to the General Manager and handling delinquent accounts.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions, rentals and customer service.
• Keep regular, detailed and complete records using mobile electronic tools.
• Ensure cleanliness and security of storage site.
• Communicate with the General Manager to keep them apprised of important updates.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Complete a daily storage facility inspection.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.
