Job summary

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue goals by leveraging effective advertising, marketing strategies, and direct customer engagement – both in person and over the phone.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies based on competitive insights to attract and retain customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and implement improvements for new and existing customers.
• Monitor and optimize revenue by adjusting pricing, promotions, and occupancy strategies to maximize profitability.
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including processing customer payments, handling invoices, making bank deposits, and maintaining financial records.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines by controlling expenses and tracking financial performance.
• Oversee delinquent accounts and follow up on outstanding payments per policies and state lien laws.
• Submit timely and accurate reports on property performance and operations.
