Job summary

AGE Solutions provides technology and professional services to DoD customers, focusing on storage, backup, and cloud/on‑premises environments. The Systems Engineer will support a DoD client with provisioning, administration, and optimization of storage, backup, and DR capabilities.

Onsite roles require commuting distance to Richmond, VA or Tracy, CA, with multiple certifications and a Top Secret or Secret clearance. The position offers growth and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering field including storage and backup software implementations
• 2+ years with enterprise SAN management (Fiber Channel, iSCSI, HBA/CNA, RAID, NAS)
• 2+ years with enterprise storage systems and backup/restore services (Veritas NetBackup, Cohesity)
• DoD IT systems experience is required; must reside within commutable distance to Richmond, VA or Tracy, CA for onsite work

Responsibilities

• Provision, operate, install/ configure, and maintain storage hardware/software infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on delivery in planning, implementation, and operations
• Develop storage solutions including arrays, fiber switches, backup, and NAS; monitor DR capabilities and performance
