Job summary

Westlake is seeking a Production Worker to join its facility. Responsibilities include preparing products, removing stone from molds, and packing to exact counts following quality standards. The job requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following safety rules. We offer a starting pay of $22.50 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement.
• No prior experience or training required.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Applies color to molds with spray or brush.
• Scrapes molds to decrease over-pour.
• Pulls stones from mold and packs in boxes.
• Reviews quality standards of stones (air bubbles, color, deformations).
• Ensures packaging and box types follow standards.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Respects breaks and lunches and adheres to schedule.
• Complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Trains and can perform duties on other production lines when needed.
• Maintains regular attendance and scheduling flexibility.
